Tutorial for Contouring Heart Shaped Face | Dark Skin-tone

How to contour the face.



Step 1 :

After you set your foundation and concealer with the powder, it's time to contour.


Step 2 :

Pick a tapered brush.

Select a yellowish highlighter shade from the contour palette.

Dab it below your eyes in an upside-down triangle shape.


Step 3 :

Select a highlighter shade from the contour palette.

Continue packing it on the middle of your forehead.


Step 4 :

Pick a small blending brush.

Draw a thin line along the bridge of your nose using the same shade.

Dab some on the center of your chin.


Step 5 :

Take your angled brush.

Select a contour shade from your palette.

Draw a line in a sweeping motion starting from the top of your cheekbone near the ear and move toward your lips, stop when you reach below your iris.


Step 6 :

Now with the fluffy side of the brush softly blend in an upward motion.

Apply powder on the top of your forehead along the hairline starting from one eyebrow arch to the other.

Blend the contour powder around your hairline.


Step 7 :

Apply it at the tip of your chin.

Blend the contour powder on your chin.

Draw two lines on the sides of your nose, running from your eyebrows till underneath your nose tip.

Apply on the nostrils to make them appear smaller.


Step 8 :

Using the same brush, diffuse the lines on your nose.

Get your round brush.

Blend the highlighter below your eyes.


Step 9 :

Blend the highlighter powder on your forehead and diffuse it into the contour shade.

Blend the line on your nose.

Blend the powder on your chin.
