Step 1 :

Moisturize your Face and Neck before exercise.


Step 2 :

Take your index and middle finger around the eye area. And lift and pull slightly. Simultaneously squint your eyes.


Step 3 :

Take both hands.

Place them just outside the eye area and slightly lift.

Keep your shoulders and forehead relaxed as much as possible.


Step 4 :

Take a deep breath in. Relax the shoulders and keep the chest open.

Next, open your eyes and look forward.

On your exhale, start to squint five times.


Step 5 :

Next, place your middle finger below and pointer finger up, Shoulders and chest up.

Take a deep breath in and open your eyes.

And start squinting.


Step 6 :

Follow the breath bar. And repeat the exercise 3 times.
