Follow the steps for face yoga:


Step 1 :

Moisturize your Neck and Face before exercise.


Step 2 :

Sit up tall.

Place your fingers just below your ear, right at your neck.

Notice if you have any tension.


Step 3 :

Now, on your next inhale, just roll your shoulders up and exhale down.


Step 4 :

Now, place your right hand at a 45-degree angle.

Sit up tall. And on your next inhale, lift the left hand.

Place your ring finger at the base of your brow.

And use your middle finger to assist.


Step 5 :

Sit up nice and tall.

Take a deep breath in and look forward and exhale slowly.

Use your hands to assist and pull your head down towards the left.

And on your next inhale, stick out your tongue towards the floor.

And come out.


Step 6 :

Do the same for the right-hand side.

Follow the breath bar simultaneously.
