Visual communication with those around us is encoded in numerous subtle movements within our faces. Many of these movements are centered around the eyes and brows.


As we grow older, the effects of gravity cast shadows across our faces that mask this ability to express ourselves. The forehead tissues become loose, and the eyebrows descend, giving a hooded, stern, or drawn expression. Permanent forehead wrinkles and vertical frown lines begin to appear as imprints from the ravages of time.


Are you want to get rid of wrinkles and forehead lines naturally? The forehead lift with the body helps to reduce wrinkles and fine lines. This pose relaxes the forehead and tones the muscles of the body.

Step 1 :

Moisturize your Face and Neck before exercise.


Step 2 :

Take your hands and place them along the hairline.

Place your thumb at right above the ear and support with your index finger and middle fingers up.


Step 3 :

Keep your shoulder relaxed.

Place your elbows on a hard surface like a desk.


Step 4 :

Take a deep breath in and slowly looks down.

Stay here for a couple of rounds of breath.



Step 5 :

Do this 4-5 times. And follow the breath bar simultaneously.
