Postures for you!

1.  Neck Roll

  • Full Inhale and Exhale.

  • Roll left ear to the left shoulder while inhaling and roll right ear to the right shoulder while exhaling. 

  • Repeat in the opposite direction.

2. Eagle arms

  • Swing to the right, so the right hand underneath the left and interlace.

  • As you inhale, lift the elbows. As you exhale, tuck the elbows. 

  • Swing to the left.

  • Start lifting and tucking elbow again.

3. Neck Tuck Shiatsu

  • Inhale and as you exhale, press the thumb against the inner eyes

  • Tuck the chin.

  • Repeat the step again.

 4. Side Neck Press

  • Inhale and press the palm against the side of the scalp.

  • Then lift the neck and exhale

  • Repeat the step again

5. Mountain Air

  • Inhale reach your arms overhead, up the mountain and exhale.

  • Inhale expand the chest and exhale.

  • Inhale, wave up the spine and exhale.

7. Mountain Cactus Twist

  • Inhale, reach your arms up the mountain and exhale.

  • Inhale reach your arms overhead and exhale.

9. Half Moon Variation

  • Inhale, full reach, full breath, exhale.

  • Inhale, lift the right elbow to the ceiling and exhale.

6. Mountain Cactus

  • Inhale, reach your arms up the mountain and exhale.

  • Inhale, reach full breath and exhale full release.

  • Inhale, wave up the spine and exhale.

8. Half Moon

  • Inhale breath wave through the chest and exhale  

  • Lean-to your left, inhale and exhale.

  • Repeat the step again.
