Facial Exercises For Smile Lines | Get a Beautiful Smile

Face Yoga is a set of Facial Exercises which help you Look Younger and Beautiful. When you combine Face Yoga with Deep breathing exercises, you get the maximum benefit from it. So, to avail of this, we have a Breath Bar to regulate your breathing.


This exercise helps you to maintain Symmetrical movements of the mouth area. Eventually, by practicing, you will achieve a Beautiful Perfect Smile. Follow these stepwise tutorials and learn with Forever Beauty.


Step 1:

Moisturize your Face and Neck before the exercise.


Step 2:

Look in the Mirror and check which side(right/left) of the face is slightly lower than the other. Keep the same side slightly lifted while doing the exercise.


Step 3:

Place both the thumb on the chin and index fingers at the edge of the lips.


Step 4:

Try to stretch your lips with your index finger as far as possible.


Step 5:

As you inhale, lift your face. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed.

As you exhale, look straight and release the tension on your face.


Step 6:

Follow the breath bar. Repeat this exercise 5 times for a Perfect Smile.
