With your middle and pointer fingers, make a “V” shape, similar to a peace sign and place your middle finger at the inner corner of your eyebrows, and with your pointer fingers, place pressure to the outer corners of your eyebrows. Then look up, and raise your lower eyelids upwards to make a squint, and then release and relax. Repeat this exercise five to six more times and finish by squeezing eyes shut tightly for 10 seconds.
