Step 1 :

Take a deep breath in and lift the right hand then take the left hand as you exhale pull.


Step 2 :

Sit up tall and keep your shoulders relaxed.


Step 3 :

As you inhale bend the right hand and place it at the top of your spine. Use the left hand to assist.


Step 4 :

And on your next exhale, Say the word 'he' five times. Follow the breath bar simultaneously.


Step 5 :

Follow the breath bar. Repeat this exercise 3 times for a better result.
