Step 1 :

Moisturize your Face and Neck before the exercise.


Step 2 :

Sit straight and place your palm at the top of your shoulder and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Touch both your elbows together. Slowly bring both your elbows down. Move your elbows apart while lifting them upwards in a circular motion.


Step 3 :

Take a deep breath in and exhale 2 times.


Step 4 :

Continue the same in the reverse direction and follow the Breath Bar simultaneously.


Step 5 :
