Make Your Eyes More Symmetrical with Face Yoga

Updated: Sep 11, 2021

If you look closely at your face in the mirror, you can usually see that one eye is slightly (or significantly) larger than the other, and the larger eye is also usually higher than the smaller.

There’s a lot of psychology behind what we find attractive. But regardless of culture, nationality, age, or gender, facial symmetry is universally associated with attractiveness in both sexual and non-sexual contexts.

We have curated a video to help you make your eyes more symmetrical with face Yoga! Experts recommend these face yoga exercises! When you combine face yoga with deep breathing exercises, you get the maximum benefit from it. So, to avail of this, we have a visual tool called a breath bar.

This exercise helps you to maintain the symmetrical movements of your eyes. Eventually, by practicing, you will achieve a beautiful perfect eye.

Follow these stepwise tutorials and learn with Forever Beauty.

Step 1 :

Moisturize your face and neck before the exercise.

Keep your shoulder relaxed; roll it out a little bit.

Step 2 :

Place your index finger along the upper forehead and the hairline.

Step 3 :

Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, slowly push your index finger downwards.

Stop the top of your brow with a little bit of pressure.

Step 4 :

Now, place your thumb of your same hand right next to your nose.

And open your eyes as wide as possible.

Step 5 :

Lift your eyebrow while preventing the other eyebrow from lifting.

Step 6 :

Follow the breath bar. Repeat this exercise.

Refer to the video below and follow the steps. Perform this exercise every day and get a younger-looking face.

Hope you look great! If you have questions, record a video of your face and send it in, to get expert feedback!
