Step 1 :
Moisturize your face and Neck before the exercise. This helps in providing easy movements of our fingers.
Step 2 :
Sit up tall and keep your shoulders back and your forehead relaxed as much as you can.
Step 3 :
Take a deep breath in and roll your shoulder up and on the exhale roll them down.
Step 4 :
Keep your index finger and middle finger, of both your hands, above the outer corners of both your eyebrows. . Now pull your fingers upwards.
Step 5 :
Keep your shoulder relaxed and while inhaling, open your eyes as wide as possible.
Step 6 :
Continue with open eyes and squints and follow the breath bar simultaneously.
Step 7 :
Follow the breath bar. Repeat this exercise 5 times for a Beautiful eye.
