Eye-Opening Binocular Pose | Face Yoga

Updated: Sep 28, 2021

Face yoga is kind of what it sounds like: Moving, stretching, and relaxing your facial muscles to keep them more toned. It could be to keep your face looking more youthful (if that’s a goal) or that it just feels nice and is relaxing.

There’s no standard way to practice face yoga, but some more popular methods and moves hit the spa scene.

The eye-opening binocular pose helps you to get rid of wrinkles near your eyes. This is an excellent pose for reducing wrinkles in the forehead and trains the muscles to be as still as possible despite our active eyes.

When you combine Face Yoga with Deep breathing exercises, you get the maximum benefit from it. So, to avail of this, we have a Breath Bar to regulate your breathing.

Refer to the video below and follow the steps. Perform this exercise every day and get a younger-looking face.

Step 1 :

Sit up tall and keep your shoulders and forehead as relaxed as possible.

Step 2 :

Place your index finger at the top of your forehead.

Slowly slide them down and place them at the top of your brows.

Step 3 :

Place your thumb just outside your nostrils.

Step 4 :

Take a deep breath in keep your shoulder relaxed and open your eyes as wide as possible.

Stay here for a few more breaths.

Step 5 :

Do it again with squinting of your eyes.

Step 6 :

Follow the breath bar. Repeat this exercise 3 times for wrinkle-free eyes.

Hope you look great! If you have questions, record a video of your face and send it in, to get expert feedback!
